Your journey begins with a departure from Tunis towards the verdant countryside of Mjez El Beb. Your first stop is the renowned Domaine Ben Ismail, where you will enjoy a refined olive oil tasting experience. Discover the secrets of producing high-quality extra-virgin olive oil during a guided tour, followed by a tasting of various distinct varieties. Lunch is a traditional affair served on the estate, showcasing local flavours and the farm's own oil.
In the afternoon, travel back in time at the archaeological site of Dougga, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
